Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in electrical building services or M&E projects for Engineer role; 8+ years for Manager role.
• Strong familiarity with local electrical codes, statutory regulations, and industry safety standards.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD; experience with BIM/Revit is highly advantageous.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive, hands-on approach to managing site challenges.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee, manage, and execute electrical engineering projects from planning through testing, commissioning, and handover.
• Review and prepare electrical design calculations, specifications, and drawings to ensure compliance with project requirements and codes.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, main contractors, and internal teams to integrate electrical systems with other disciplines.
• Supervise site installations, monitor daily progress, ensure safe execution on schedule and to high quality standards.
• Manage materials procurement, review vendor/subcontractor submissions, resolve technical or site issues promptly.
• Conduct site inspections, lead or attend project meetings, and prepare site progress reports.
• For Manager role: Lead and mentor a team of engineers and supervisors, optimizing resource allocation.

• Coordinate effectively with clients, consultants, main contractors, and internal project teams to ensure the seamless integration of electrical systems with other engineering disciplines.
• Supervise site installations, monitor daily work progress, and ensure that all electrical works are executed safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards.
