Job summary

System Technik Engineering Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Manager to lead sales activities and perform site works for client relationships and engineering exposure. You will prepare quotations, coordinate with engineering teams, and track project progress to ensure timely delivery of electrical engineering services.

The role involves managing customer relationships, delivering proposals, and achieving sales targets while supporting on-site operations and project timelines.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 2–5 years of experience in electrical engineering sales, technical sales, or sales operations.
• Knowledge of electrical power systems and ability to read basic electrical drawings and specifications.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and tender documents.
• Conduct product presentations and explain technical solutions to customers.
• Negotiate pricing, delivery schedules, and contract terms.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Carry out site works and ensure timely project delivery.
• Process customer orders and monitor project timelines.
• Maintain accurate sales and project documentation.
• Resolve customer issues related to delivery, installation, or service.
