Job summary

Palo Alto Networks is seeking a Senior Manager, Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) for JAPAC, based in Singapore. You will champion safety culture across offices, R&D labs, and facilities, driving strategic design and continuous improvement of safety programs while navigating diverse regulatory landscapes.

Travel and regional leadership are required. You will lead investigations, manage budgets, and collaborate with HR to embed wellness into the workforce, reporting to the Sr.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive experience leading EHS/WHS programs.
• 3+ years managing a multi-country JAPAC portfolio.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical discipline.

Responsibilities

• Develop JAPAC EHS roadmap aligning with global frameworks and local contexts.
• Lead regional audit programs and coordinate regulatory inspections.
• Manage EHS vendors, consultants, and regional budgets.
• Design ergonomic programs for a hybrid tech workforce.
• Embed safety and wellness initiatives with HR and Workplace Services.
• Lead incident investigations and ensure corrective actions.
• Collaborate with Global Security on emergency response and business continuity.
• Conduct annual risk assessments for existing and new locations.
