Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Occupational Safety & Health, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• MOM Registered EHS/Safety Officer.
• Minimum 6+ years of relevant EHS experience.
• Experience supporting manufacturing, semiconductor, technology, engineering, facilities management, or other operational environments with elevated EHS risks.
• Working knowledge of ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 management systems.
• Experience managing, coaching, or mentoring EHS personnel and cross-functional teams.
• Experience leading EHS programs across multiple facilities, sites, or operational locations.
• Strong practical experience in risk management, contractor safety management, compliance auditing, and incident investigation.
• Deep understanding of Singapore workplace safety and environmental regulations.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, stakeholder management, and project management skills.
• Ability to work independently, influence positive EHS behaviors, and manage multiple priorities effectively.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional advice and guidance on workplace safety, health, and environmental matters to operational leaders, project teams, contractors, and client stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with applicable workplace safety, health, and environmental legislation, client requirements, and JLL HSSE standards while staying aware of regulatory changes.
• Ensure effective implementation of risk assessments, job hazard analyses, safe work procedures, and permit-to-work systems.
• Lead EHS reviews and support maintenance, operational, project, fit-out, expansion, and mobilization activities.
• Conduct inspections, audits, and workplace assessments to identify risks, and support internal, external, and client audit programs.
• Lead investigations into incidents, near misses, and high-potential events, ensuring the timely implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
• Monitor EHS performance, identify trends, and prepare and present EHS metrics, reports, and recommendations to account leadership and client stakeholders.
• Lead, coach, and develop the Southeast Asia EHS team to build organizational capability and support workforce planning.
• Support the implementation and maintenance of ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 management systems, ensuring audit findings and observations are effectively managed and closed.
• Drive contractor safety management, support emergency preparedness and business continuity initiatives, and deliver EHS communications and training.
