Palo Alto Networks, Inc. is seeking a Senior EHS Manager for JAPAC based in Singapore.

You will lead design, implementation, and continuous improvement of safety and environmental programs across Japan and Asia-Pacific, partnering with regional leadership to embed wellness and sustainability into our tech culture. You will drive compliance with local WHS requirements, manage audits, and coordinate with HR, Legal, and Real Estate to ensure safe, productive workplaces while navigating diverse

Formación

• 8+ years leading EHS/WHS programs with multi-country JAPAC portfolio (3+ years).
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant technical field (OHS, Environmental Science, Engineering).
• Technology sector or high-growth corporate experience preferred.
• Professional certification expected (CSP, Grad IOSH/CMIOSH, Singapore WSH Officer, Australian OHS).
• Tech mindset: fast, adaptable, compliant under ambiguity.
• Proven cross-cultural leadership across HR, Real Estate, Legal, Engineering.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute JAPAC EHS roadmap aligned with global frameworks and local contexts.
• Establish and report regional EHS metrics and risks.
• Ensure compliance with WHS Act (Australia) and WSH Act (Singapore).
• Lead regional audits and act as liaison with regulatory authorities.
• Manage EHS vendors, consultants, and regional budget allocations.
• Design ergonomics programs for hybrid work environments.
• Partner with HR and Workplace Services to embed psychological safety and wellness initiatives.
• Lead investigations with root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
