Job summary

Palo Alto Networks is seeking a Senior Manager, Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) for JAPAC located in Singapore. You will champion a world-class culture of safety, wellness, and environmental sustainability across offices, R&D labs, and infrastructure in the JAPAC region.

You will own the strategic design and continuous improvement of safety programs, lead regional compliance, investigations, and risk management, and partner with HR and Global Security to ensure a safe and resilient

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive experience leading EHS/WHS programs, with at least 3 years managing a multi-country portfolio in JAPAC.
• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• Experience in technology sector, high-growth corporate environments, or managing a mix of corporate offices and technical spaces such as R&D labs or data centers.
• Professional certification preferred (e.g., CSP, GradIOSH/CMIOSH, Singapore WSH Officer, or Australian OHS).

Responsibilities

• Develop JAPAC EHS roadmap aligned with global frameworks while adapting to local contexts.
• Establish, track, and report regional EHS metrics to mitigate risks.
• Ensure 100% compliance with WHS Act, Singapore WSH Act, and local regulations across sites.
• Lead regional audit programs and serve as the primary contact for regulatory authorities during inspections.
• Manage EHS vendors, consultants, and budget allocations across the region.
• Design scalable ergonomics programs for a hybrid tech workforce.
• Partner with HR and Workplace Services to embed wellness and psychological safety.
• Lead investigations into workplace incidents with root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Collaborate with Global Security and Crisis Management for emergency plans and business continuity.
• Conduct annual risk assessments at existing and new locations.
