JR LIFE SCIENCES PTE. LTD. is seeking a proactive eCommerce/Key Account Manager in Singapore to manage major platforms, optimize product listings, and lead promotional campaigns.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision making and cross‑functional collaboration across sales, marketing and operations. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years in Singapore's eCommerce landscape, strong negotiation and analytics skills, and a track record of growing key accounts in fast-paced environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in E‑Commerce, Business, Marketing or related field OR 3+ years in eCommerce/KAM in Singapore
• Experience in FMCG/beauty/wellness/health supplements is a plus
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and derive insights
• Proven negotiation and stakeholder management abilities
• Strong commercial acumen with ability to grow key accounts
• Proficient in marketplace tools and data analytics platforms
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly adaptable, results-driven, fast-paced environment experience
• Experience mentoring or supervising junior executives and/or KAMs is advantageous

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop strategic relationships with major eCommerce platforms
• Develop and execute commercial plans to hit sales and profitability targets
• Plan and manage online campaigns and key promotional events
• Optimize product assortment based on category performance and market trends
• Drive pricing and promotions while maintaining margins
• Ensure high-quality product listings with accurate content and visuals
• Lead sales forecasting and inventory planning
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams for smooth execution
• Monitor KPIs such as traffic, conversion, ROAS, ranking and sales weekly
• Conduct category, gap and competitor analyses
• Prepare regular business reports and actionable insights for management
• Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned
