Job summary

JR Life Sciences Pte Ltd seeks a results-driven eCommerce and Key Account Manager to grow major online partnerships in Singapore and Malaysia. You will drive commercial plans, optimize assortments, and manage campaigns across leading platforms.

The role requires strong analytics, negotiation, and cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced environment. Remote-working arrangement with regional responsibilities, reporting to the Commercial Team.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or 3+ years in eCommerce or KAM in Malaysia/Singapore markets
Experience in FMCG/beauty/health supplements is a plus
Strong analytical skills to interpret data and derive insights
Proven negotiation and stakeholder management abilities
Proficiency with marketplace tools and data analytics platforms

Responsibilities

Manage and develop strategic relationships with major Singapore eCommerce platforms
Develop and execute commercial plans to achieve sales and profitability targets
Plan and manage online campaigns (e.g., Mega Sales, GSS, 9.9, 11.11, Payday campaigns)
Optimize product assortment strategy based on category performance and market trends
Drive pricing and promotional strategies while maintaining margins
Ensure high-quality product listings including content accuracy and visuals
Lead sales forecasting and inventory planning
Coordinate cross-functionally for smooth operations
Monitor KPIs including traffic, conversion rate, ROAS, ranking, and sales weekly
Conduct category and competitor benchmarking
Prepare regular business reports and actionable insights for management
