Job summary

Fei Fah Medical Manufacturing Pte Ltd, a Singaporean wellness brand, seeks an experienced eCommerce marketer to own online sales and brand growth across local and regional markets.

You will build, test and scale initiatives, lead content creation, and improve performance using AI tools, while aligning with management and internal teams on integrated campaigns across online and offline channels.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of eCommerce experience, ideally managing marketplaces and/or Shopify.
• Proven track record owning results and targets with initiative.
• Experience running brand social channels with growth in engagement or sales.
• Proven experience with paid ads and marketplace analytics.
• Comfortable with data and turning numbers into actions.
• Mandarin is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage digital storefronts across Shopify, Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop and other platforms.
• Own eCommerce growth targets, forecasts and promotional calendars.
• Optimise listings, pricing, imagery and reviews to boost visibility and conversions.
• Plan and run campaigns, including mega-sale events and bundles.
• Manage on-platform advertising (Shopee/Lazada/TikTok Shop) and ROI.
• Coordinate with operations to maintain stock and customer experience.
• Identify and launch new eCommerce channels and markets.
• Ensure listings and ads comply with platform policies and local health product rules.
