Fei Fah Medical Manufacturing Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced eCommerce marketer to own and grow online sales and brand presence across local and regional markets. The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, content creation, testing ideas, and leveraging AI tools to optimize performance.

You will build, test, and scale initiatives, collaborating with operations and design to deliver measurable results while shaping the brand’s digital voice across platforms.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of eCommerce experience, managing marketplaces and/or Shopify
• Proven ability to own targets and drive growth
• Experience running brand social channels with measurable impact
• Strong paid ads and marketplace analytics experience
• Comfortable translating data into business actions

Responsabilités

• Manage digital storefronts across Shopify, Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop and other platforms
• Plan and run campaigns, promotions and budgets; forecast growth and ROAS
• Optimise listings, pricing and content to lift visibility and margins
• Drive social commerce through shoppable content and creator collaborations
• Plan and optimise paid campaigns (Meta, Google, TikTok) and SEO efforts
• Track performance across channels and produce actionable insights
• Identify new tools and platforms to improve ROI and scale
