Job summary

CAFE O SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. seeks a Senior Marketing Executive to own and execute the company’s online marketing strategy and optimize the e-commerce experience. You will drive social media growth and content that brings the brand to life across platforms.

You will manage proprietary e-commerce systems, collaborate with internal teams and external creative partners, and report on performance to inform ongoing improvements.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, E-commerce, or related field.
• 2–4 years hands‑on marketing experience, preferably in F&B or retail.
• Strong hands‑on experience managing e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, or similar).
• Proficient with AI tools and design software such as Canva and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Proven track record of growing social media channels and driving engagement.
• Detail‑oriented, adaptable, and able to own projects end‑to‑end.

Responsibilities

• E-commerce Leadership: maintain, update, and manage the company’s e‑commerce platform to optimize the user journey and online sales.
• Social Media Engagement: grow online presence across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and XiaoHongShu; engage with community.
• Campaign Execution: plan and rollout digital and offline campaigns with Marketing Manager across outlets and digital channels.
• Content Creation: collaborate with external agencies or designers to produce marketing collateral and videos.
• Performance Tracking: monitor and report on social media and e‑commerce performance; provide actionable insights.
• Mentorship: guide the Marketing Executive in daily tasks and admin duties.
