Job summary

HAACH LIFESTYLE HMH PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced E‑Commerce Manager to own and optimize the brand’s digital storefront in Singapore. You will drive online sales, manage product portfolios, and own the P&L for the e‑commerce channel while aligning with offline beauty services.

You will lead platform management, promotions, and user experience improvements; coordinate with marketing, logistics, and customer service teams to maximize revenue and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in E-commerce, Marketing, Business, or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years hands-on e-commerce management experience.
• Proficiency with major e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento) and web analytics (Google Analytics).
• Strong commercial acumen with deep understanding of e‑commerce KPIs (AOV, LTV, Conversion Rate, Cart Abandonment).
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and cross‑functional leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day operations of the brand's e‑commerce platform, ensuring accurate product listings, pricing, inventory, and promotions.
• Develop and execute promotional calendars, exclusive online launches, and bundling strategies to meet revenue targets.
• Analyze website metrics to optimize navigation, checkout processes, and user experience to improve conversion rates.
• Collaborate with performance marketing and social media teams to drive targeted traffic via SEO, SEM, and social commerce integrations.
• Coordinate with warehouse and customer service teams to ensure efficient order processing and post‑purchase support.

Education
