Embed is seeking a Senior eCommerce Specialist to drive platform performance and commercial execution on the BigCommerce platform across regions. You will partner with Procurement, Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, Marketing and Website Development to translate business objectives into actionable roadmaps.

You will be hands-on with day-to-day operations, including order management and customer service, while shaping strategy and roadmap. Reports to the Global Director of eCommerce.

Qualifications

• Proven track record managing eCommerce operations on BigCommerce or similar.
• Self-starter with minimal supervision and problem-solving mindset.
• Working knowledge of website development principles.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, and KPI management skills.
• Experience coordinating offshore or distributed website development teams.

Responsabilités

• Own global eCommerce roadmap aligned with commercial goals.
• Coordinate with Procurement, Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, Marketing and Website Development.
• Manage BigCommerce site architecture, UX/UI, and checkout flow.
• Oversee BigCommerce-NetSuite integration and related workflows.
• Run CRO programs and analyze user behavior to improve conversions.
• Build and maintain eShop performance dashboards.
• Lead cross-functional enablement and training across regional teams.
