Job summary

Flintex Consulting Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks a proactive Senior E-Commerce Specialist to drive our online sales strategy. You will oversee end-to-end storefront operations, ensuring a smooth customer journey from browsing to delivery, while coordinating with cross-functional teams to align product, marketing and logistics.

Key duties include optimizing product listings, executing campaigns and promotions, managing CEPP accounts, and preparing regular KPI reports to inform decisions and growth

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing, Business, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years hands-on experience in e-commerce operations.
• Proven experience with major e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon, Lazada, Shopee).
• Strong analytical skills with familiarity in Google Analytics or similar tools.
• Excellent project and time management skills, with a proven ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• A problem-solving mindset with a customer-first approach.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills for effective liaison with internal teams and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Operations & Product Management: Manage and optimize product listings across all e-commerce platforms to ensure accuracy in information, pricing, and inventory levels.
• Campaign & Promotion Execution: Develop and execute compelling sales campaigns and promotions to drive traffic, conversion, and AOV; plan offline marketing initiatives like roadshows.
• Customer & Corporate Programs: Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, returns, and refunds; own CEPP onboarding and account management.
• Reporting & Analysis: Track marketing fund, monitor budgets, analyze KPIs and competitor activity, and generate regular sales and campaign reports.
