DYNAMIC HUMAN CAPITAL PTE. LTD. is seeking a motivated professional to join our e-commerce team in Singapore. You will support online sales initiatives, manage daily store operations, and assist with digital marketing campaigns.

You will track trends, collaborate with suppliers, and prepare performance reports to drive improvements in the online store and marketing activities. 1 year of relevant experience is preferred, with strong communication and analytical skills.

Qualifications

Diploma or degree in Marketing, Business, E-commerce, Merchandising or related field.
At least 1 year of relevant experience.
Good communication, analytical and organisational skills.
Proactive, creative, detail-oriented and eager to learn.
Passionate about retail, fashion, e-commerce and digital trends.

Responsibilities

Drive Online Sales: Support online merchandising strategies, product listings and promotions to grow sales and profitability.
Manage E-Commerce: Handle daily online store operations, inventory, orders, product updates and customer enquiries.
Digital Marketing: Assist with campaigns, content planning, promotions and digital marketing activities with the A&P team.
Market & Trend Research: Track customer, fashion and market trends and recommend new products, suppliers and promotional opportunities.
Work with Suppliers: Support vendor negotiations, promotional programmes, meetings and supplier communications.
Analyse & Improve: Prepare sales reports, monitor performance and recommend improvements to the online store and digital marketing activities.
