Job summary

SK Jewellery Group is seeking a Senior Marketing Executive to own the digital presence of its heritage jewellery brand, and to run end-to-end marketing across our e-commerce channels. You will lead our KOL & Ambassador programme from outreach through to content going live, within an established campaign framework and CRM ecosystem.

This role requires a self-directed marketer who can manage a brand calendar, build genuine creator relationships, and collaborate with our in-house design and video

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in e-commerce, retail, or lifestyle brands.
• Experience and familiarity with AI and using LLMs to be productive.
• Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Organized and self-directed with ability to manage a brand calendar and campaigns end-to-end.
• Experience briefing and collaborating with designers and video editors.
• Familiarity with CRM or marketing automation platforms (e.g. Insider, Braze, CleverTap, Klaviyo).
• Experience running influencer, KOL, or ambassador programmes.
• Eye for brand aesthetics and interest in jewellery, fashion, or lifestyle content.

Responsibilities

• Brand Marketing: Own day-to-day digital marketing across our website, eDM, and marketplace storefronts.
• KOL & Ambassador Programme: Lead creator partnerships end to end, outreach to aligned creators, onboarding and timelines.
• Campaign Execution: Coordinate briefs, timelines, assets, and launch checklists to bring campaigns live on schedule.
• CRM & Lifecycle Marketing: Execute email, WhatsApp, and web campaigns within existing templates and frameworks.
• Performance Tracking & Reporting: Monitor reach, engagement, traffic, and conversions and translate findings into recommendations.
