Job summary

K-9 ARTEFACTS PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks an experienced Marketing Manager to lead online and offline campaigns, manage influencer programs, and optimize CRM and B2C marketing. You will collaborate with Global Brand teams and drive cross-channel initiatives.

The role requires a passion for digital marketing, strong leadership, and a track record of delivering results across e-commerce platforms and social channels.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor degree in Marketing or related field.
• 10-12 years marketing experience.
• 4-6 years experience as Marketing Manager AND leading a marketing team.
• Minimum 4 years experience in each of Outbound/Inbound/Event/Commerce.
• Minimum 2 years FMCG marketing experience.
• Minimum 2 years brand video creation experience.
• Great organizational skills with tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with latest marketing trends and best practices.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Positive and results-driven attitude.
• Passionate in brand marketing.
• Experience in content marketing.
• Able to work independently and on weekends.

Responsibilities

• Take charge of launch of optimized online adverts across SNS channels to raise awareness.
• Set goals, track conversions and measure influencer program success.
• Monitor influencer trends and schedule content on FB, IG, YouTube, TikTok, etc.
• Improve rankings through data-driven optimization of ads and webpages; manage CRM and B2C marketing.
• Plan and update promotions across Lazada, Shopee, Amazon with partners and SNS channels.
