Job summary

Truegenics Pte Ltd is seeking a Promotions & Campaign Specialist to drive revenue growth across our brands. You will own promotional planning, coordinate with Operations and PPC teams, and translate data into actionable strategies.

Responsibilities include optimizing listings, managing campaigns, analyzing ROAS and other metrics, and collaborating with marketing, operations and content teams to deliver high-impact promotions.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in marketing/business preferred.
• 3+ years in ecommerce or digital marketing with emphasis on Amazon marketplace.
• Strong analytical skills to identify trends and drive strategy.
• Experience leading campaigns across marketing, operations and PPC teams.

Responsibilities

• Promotions Planning & Execution: own promo strategies; coordinate with Operations and PPC; ensure on-time delivery.
• Data-Driven Insights & Analytics: analyze ROAS, ACOS, TACoS; provide actionable insights to optimize spend and ROI.
• Content Optimization: update keywords, product descriptions, images, and A+ content.
• Listings Management: create optimized listings for new launches and update existing ones.
• Inventory Management: manage replenishment and oversee Amazon's Transparency Program.
• Competitor Benchmarking: track competitor content and pricing to stay competitive.
• Collaboration & Trend Identification: identify trends and mirror winning external content onto listings.
• Reporting & Analytics: generate detailed performance reports for stakeholders.
