Job summary

Truegenics Pte Ltd is expanding its e-commerce team and seeks a hands-on Media Buyer to drive profitable growth on Meta platforms. You will own direct response campaigns, manage a four-figure daily budget, and work with the media buying lead on priorities and strategy.

You will analyze performance, guide creative development, and ensure campaigns meet ROI targets while maintaining a positive user experience across platforms. Hybrid work with office days weekly.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience running marketing campaigns for e-commerce stores to generate revenue.
• Hands-on experience managing Facebook Ads and Google Ads (2 years and 1 year respectively).
• Knowledge of media-buying platforms and its compliance/guidelines.
• Analytical mindset with ability to derive action from data.
• Strong ownership and accountability for four-figure daily budgets.

Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, manage, and scale Meta campaigns with clear targets for acquisition and profitability.
• Monitor spend, revenue, ROAS, CPA, conversion rate, AOV, and other funnel metrics.
• Develop testing plans; prioritise tests and decide what to scale or stop.
• Guide creative development; brief copywriters and designers and provide feedback.
• Allocate spend to maximize ROI while meeting profitability targets.
• Review landing pages, offers, checkout, and attribution to resolve issues.
