Job summary

Truegenics Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a results-oriented Ecommerce Promotions Specialist to drive revenue growth across four brands. You will own promotions strategies, coordinate with Operations and PPC, and translate data into actionable insights to optimize ROAS and ROI.

You will optimize product listings, manage inventory, benchmark competitors, and collaborate with Affiliate teams to mirror winning content on Amazon listings while maintaining stock transparency.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• At least 3 years in eCommerce or digital marketing, with focus on the Amazon marketplace.
• Campaigns: plan, launch, and manage e-commerce promos across brands.
• Excellent analytical skills to identify trends and drive strategy.
• Cross-functional collaboration with operations, PPC, and creative teams.
• Proficient with Amazon Seller Central, advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP), Helium 10 or ScaleInsight.
• Self-starter with ownership of promotional calendars.

Responsibilities

• Promotions Planning & Execution: Own promo strategies and campaigns; coordinate with Operations and PPC for timely execution.
• Data-Driven Insights & Analytics: Analyze campaign data and e-commerce metrics to optimize ROAS and ROI.
• Content Optimization: Improve keywords, product descriptions, images, and A+ content for organic ranking and conversions.
• Listings Management: Create and update optimized listings for new launches and existing SKUs.
• Inventory Management & Transparency Program: Manage replenishment and oversee Amazon Transparency Program.
• Competitor Benchmarking: Track competitor content and price strategies to maintain competitiveness.
• Collaboration & Trend Identification: Work with Affiliates to mirror winning external content on Amazon listings.
• Reporting & Analytics: Generate reports on promo performance to support strategic decisions.
