Job summary

Micron Singapore seeks a Principal Engineer/MTS to lead Dry Etch technology for the next generation NAND. You will partner with process integration and other areas to drive development, testing, and scalability of etch chambers.

Expect leadership in cross-functional projects, roadmap ownership, and mentorship of junior engineers. Publish roadmaps and mitigate future issues, leveraging AI-enabled tools to improve process efficiency and quality.

Qualifications

• 6-10 years in dry etch RD&D to manufacturing
• 4-5 years NAND/DRAM/Logic module development
• Knowledge of plasma physics, chemistry, transport or surface phenomena
• Leadership in problem solving and project management
• Experience with dry etch reactors and process hardware

Responsibilities

• Lead dry etch technology and critical module development
• Be a dry etch areas expert and mentor peers
• Develop/optimize dry etch processes to meet specs
• Collaborate with hardware teams to roadmap equipment for NAND products
• Present process and technology roadmaps for current and future nodes
• Lead cross-functional teams to solve complex structural problems
• Provide updates to upper management on project status and impacts AI responsibilities
