Job summary

National Cancer Centre Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a data-driven fundraising analyst to manage the Gift Management System (GMS) and turn donor data into strategic insights. You will create donor reports, support Major Gift stewardship, and collaborate with DivCOP on fundraising activities.

Candidates should have a university degree, strong data analytics, and proficiency in MS Excel/Access, plus excellent written and spoken English for donor communications.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Gift Management System (GMS) data workflow and cleansing.
• Import donor records and standardize database fields.
• Set up report templates and generate ad hoc donor reports.
• Perform data extraction, analysis and visualization for donor trends.
• Translate data insights into fundraising recommendations and stewardship actions.
• Develop bespoke donor reports for Major Gift donors.
• Support annual impact reporting and donor-facing communications.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on reporting needs.
