Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree in any discipline, preferably with at least 2 years’ experience in data management and analytics.
• Prior experience in donor stewardship, event coordination, recognition programmes or stakeholder engagement is preferred.
• Familiarity with donor management systems, gift management systems, CRM platforms, financial systems or online donation platforms will be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• You will analyse data, develop reports and dashboards to support data-driven decision making.
• Coordinate donor recognition and stewardship initiatives to strengthen donor relationships.

Job description

You will support donor stewardship, fundraising operations and data-driven decision-making through the management of donor records, gift administration, analytics and donor engagement activities. Working closely with internal stakeholders, donors and external partners, you will analyse data, develop reports and dashboards, coordinate donor recognition and stewardship initiatives, support fundraising platforms and gift management systems, and contribute to the effective administration of donor funds and proposals.

Requirements:

• Degree in any discipline, preferably with at least 2 years’ experience in data management and analytics
• Prior experience in donor stewardship, event coordination, recognition programmes or stakeholder engagement is preferred
• Familiarity with donor management systems, gift management systems, CRM platforms, financial systems or online donation platforms will be advantageous
