Job summary

Singapore National Eye Centre is seeking a data-driven professional to support donor stewardship and fundraising operations. You will manage donor records, gift administration, analytics and donor engagement activities, working with internal stakeholders and external partners to drive decision-making.

Responsibilities include data analysis, report/dashboard development, donor recognition coordination, and supporting fundraising platforms and proposals in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in any discipline; at least 2 years’ experience in data management and analytics
• Prior experience in donor stewardship, event coordination or stakeholder engagement preferred
• Familiarity with donor management/gift management/CRM platforms and related systems advantageous
• Proficient in Microsoft Office with Advanced Excel to develop reports and dashboards
• Self-motivated team player with ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Job Responsibilities

You will support donor stewardship, fundraising operations and data-driven decision-making through the management of donor records, gift administration, analytics and donor engagement activities. Working closely with internal stakeholders, donors and external partners, you will analyse data, develop reports and dashboards, coordinate donor recognition and stewardship initiatives, support fundraising platforms and gift management systems, and contribute to the effective administration of donor funds and proposals.

Job Requirements

Degree in any discipline, preferably with at least 2 years’ experience in data management and analytics

Prior experience in donor stewardship, event coordination, recognition programmes or stakeholder engagement is preferred

Familiarity with donor management systems, gift management systems, CRM platforms, financial systems or online donation platforms will be advantageous

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications with Advanced Excel skillsto develop reports and dashboards

Self-motivated team player and highly independent to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
