Job summary

National Cancer Centre Singapore (NCCS) invites a Senior Executive/Assistant Manager, Donor Data, Insights & Communications to join the Division of Community Outreach & Philanthropy. You will oversee the Gift Management System (GMS) and turn donor data into insights to support fundraising, donor cultivation and stewardship.

You will develop donor-facing reports and communications, support Major Gift stewardship, and help create annual impact materials.

Qualifications

University degree or equivalent.
Certification in database administration will be considered an asset.
At least 2 years of relevant experience in database management, fundraising operations, donor engagement, data analytics or a related field, preferably in nonprofit.
Strong proficiency in data management and analysis; translate donor data into actionable fundraising insights.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Able to prepare reports independently; data preparation and cleaning.
Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Access.
Experience with donor events or stewardship activities is advantageous.
Experience with digitalisation, automation or system integration is a plus.

Responsibilities

Prepare and clean data in the existing database before exporting to GMS.
Import donor records not in the database into GMS.
Establish formatting standards for database fields and ensure data entry consistency.
Set up report templates and generate ad hoc reports as needed.
Perform data extraction, analysis and visualization to identify donor trends and opportunities.
Translate donor data and insights into actionable recommendations for fundraising and engagement.
Develop donor stewardship reports for Major Gift donors, showcasing contributions and impact.
Support annual impact report and donor-facing materials with clear presentation.
Design report layouts and visuals to support management reporting and donor engagement needs.
Review data collection sources and streamline donation processing.
Adopt new tools to enhance digitalisation and automation for donor work.
Plan and execute Major Gift stewardship events and other donor activities.
Support DivCOP team with donation reporting requirements.
Build collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Any other duties as assigned by supervisor.
