Job summary

Micron Technology, Inc. in Singapore seeks a Distinguished Member of Technical Staff (DMTS) for CMP process development in NAND technology.

The role leads the cell film CMP roadmap, drives innovation, and mentors senior engineers while coordinating with Technology Development, Process Integration, Manufacturing and Equipment teams. Ideal candidates bring deep CMP expertise, leadership in complex programs, and a track record of publications or patents.

Qualifications

• PhD or Master with extensive CMP process development experience in NAND/DRAM/Logic
• Publications/patents and strong technical contributions.
• Experience transferring CMP technology to manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the CMP technical authority for NAND technology development and strategy.
• Architect and drive next-generation CMP process innovation and recipe architecture.
• Lead resolution of yield, defectivity, and integration challenges with CMP expertise.
• Define and execute CMP hardware and supplier roadmaps with industry benchmarking insights.
• Provide forward-looking technical leadership and mitigate scaling risks early.
• Drive cross-functional execution across Technology Development, Process Integration, Manufacturing and Equipment teams.
• Mentor senior engineers and strengthen CMP capability.
• Represent Micron CMP in cross-site and external forums and communicate roadmaps.
