Qualifikationen

• PhD or equivalent in a related field.
• Over 20 years of Thin Film R&D experience focused on NAND-related processes (Diffusion, CVD, Cell Films).
• Industry recognition through patents, publications, invited talks, or leadership in technical groups.

• Shape the cell film process tech vision and roadmaps across org boundaries.
• Lead programs spanning the engineering group to drive breakthroughs in process development.
• Influence external collaborations and drive cross-disciplinary leadership.
• Mentor senior technical leaders and contribute to critical roadmap decisions.
• Address challenging technical problems with rigorous root-cause analysis and resolution.
• Represent Micron at industry consortia and technical conferences.
