Job summary

Qualifications

• PhD ≥15 yrs or Master’s ≥17 yrs in a relevant field.
• Extensive Thin Films R&D/PD in NAND including Diffusion/CVD dielectric.
• Industry-recognized innovation: patents, publications, leadership roles.

Responsibilities

• Shape the technical vision for structural and electrical film processes with enterprise-level impact.
• Lead programs across the engineering group to deliver breakthroughs and guide RCA/resolutions.
• Influence cross-disciplinary teams and represent Micron in external collaborations and industry events.
• Develop strategies for cost savings, process efficiency, and yield enhancement; assess risks.
• Mentor senior technical leaders and contribute to roadmap decisions.
