Micron Semiconductor Asia Operations Pte Ltd is seeking a Distinguished Member of Technical Staff (DMTS) to shape the cell film technology roadmap and lead enterprise-level programs that drive breakthroughs across the engineering organization.

You will mentor senior technical leaders, guide critical decisions, and collaborate with external partners to benchmark and invest in future capabilities, including AI-enabled improvements.

Qualifications

• PhD or Masters with extensive relevant experience in EE/Materials/Chemical Engineering or Physics.
• Experience in Thin Film R&D for NAND, specifically in Diffusion, CVD, and Cell Film technologies.
• Proven track record of architecting technical solutions and roadmaps in enterprise settings.
• Publications or patents demonstrating contributions to the field.

Responsabilités

• Shape technical vision for cell film; lead enterprise-wide programs advancing breakthroughs.
• Influence industry and cross-disciplinary teams via external collaborations and representation at consortia/conferences.
• Mentor senior technical leaders; guide roadmap decisions that differentiate Micron products.
• Solve the most challenging technical problems via RCA; advocate for cost savings, efficiency, and yield enhancements.
• Initiate strategic collaborations with external partners/universities/research institutes; assess risks and investments.
