Job summary

GovTech in Singapore is seeking a seasoned design leader to define and drive the experience vision for the Workplace Experience Programme. You will shape how workplace journeys come together across digital, operational, and physical touchpoints and lead the design team to raise standards.

Collaborate with product and engineering leadership to translate user needs into a strategic direction that delivers public value and a coherent, scalable experience across multiple products.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in product or experience design at senior/lead levels.
• Experience leading design across portfolios and cross-functional teams.
• Strong systems thinking and design critique at scale.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the design team, hire and coach designers across the portfolio.
• Define experience direction and align with organisational goals for the programme.
• Champion end-to-end journeys across products and touchpoints for public officers.
• Evolve the shared design system with leadership and drive adoption.
• Build strong partnerships with product and engineering leadership to shape strategy.
