Responsibilities

Support Workplace Operations and space management, including coordinating moves and space planning.
Administer access control systems, asset tracking, and pantry/inventory management.
Coordinate with facilities teams and service providers for safety, security and sustainability initiatives.
Support procurement, contracts, and invoice verification for workplace services.
Plan and execute employee appreciation events and workplace programs.
Maintain and update workplace portals and communicate operational changes.
