Job summary

A*STAR - Agency for Science, Technology and Research is seeking a senior project leader to drive A&A, fit-out, refurbishment and workplace transformation across research labs and offices. You will lead planning, design, procurement, construction, and handover while coordinating with research units, corporate offices and external consultants.

You will manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment, ensuring safety, schedule, budget adherence and alignment with A*STAR standards

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, PM, or related discipline.
• Professional PM certification is preferred.
• Experience delivering workplace fit-out, refurbishment and A&A projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple workplace projects from planning to handover.
• Coordinate external consultants, architects, engineers and contractors.
• Ensure projects meet scope, quality, cost and schedule requirements.
• Oversee risk, safety and regulatory compliance.
