Job summary

FriarTuck Pte Ltd is seeking a Services Director to lead, scale, and continuously improve its Professional Services organization delivering Workforce Management solutions across healthcare, aviation, government, retail, and other sectors in the region.

This player‑coach role combines hands‑on delivery with strategic leadership, mentoring teams, managing executive client relationships, and driving successful enterprise implementations with rigorous governance and measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in software implementation, consulting, or professional services.
• 5+ years leading consultation or implementation teams.
• Proven experience building and scaling professional services organizations.
• Strong track record delivering enterprise software implementations.
• Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects.
• Experience in SaaS, workforce management, HR technology, ERP, HCM, or enterprise software environments.

Responsibilities

• Build, lead, and scale the Professional Services organization.
• Recruit, develop, mentor, and retain consultants, project managers, business analysts and solution architects.
• Establish structure, career progression, and performance management.
• Lead executive‑level steering committees and governance reviews.
• Own end‑to‑end delivery of customer implementations.
• Drive process improvement and standardization across delivery methodologies.
• Collaborate with Sales during opportunity qualification and design.
• Drive customer satisfaction, renewals, and expansion opportunities.
