Job summary

Prudential Services Asia is seeking a Senior Director to lead end-to-end product proposition development and distribution enablement across Health & Protection, Wealth/HNW, and Retirement offerings. You will collaborate with Group Health and other teams to ensure propositions are channel-appropriate, differentiated, and scalable while activating in-market go-to-market strategies.

The role requires translating customer insights into clear product proposition frameworks, playbooks, and standards

Qualifications

• 15+ years of life insurance product management and strategy experience.
• Strong exposure to distribution and bancassurance across Asian markets.
• Experience in multi-market/regional roles and regulatory environments.
• Proven ability to translate insights into propositions and go-to-market playbooks.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end product proposition development and distribution enablement.
• Drive proposition innovation and channel-specific positioning.
• Bridge Group Product and Group Distribution, align go-to-market efforts.
• Develop storytelling and sales enablement for distribution channels.
• Build capabilities and training to uplift market delivery.
