Job summary

Prudential plc seeks a Director, Product Propositions & Distribution Enablement to drive development and distribution enablement across Health & Protection, Wealth/HNW and Retirement solutions. You will translate strategies into market-ready assets, sales concepts, toolkits and go-to-market support for LBUs and channels.

The role requires coordinating with LBU Product, Customer & Marketing, Agency and Partnership teams to ensure propositions are actionable and effectively implemented across

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Actuarial Science, Finance, Economics or another relevant field.
10+ years of experience in life insurance product management, product propositions, product strategy, distribution enablement, marketing, consulting or related roles.

Responsibilities

Translate proposition priorities into structured workplans, briefs and roadmaps.
Develop and repackaging of product propositions for priority segments and market needs.
Prepare frameworks, sales concepts and playbooks across H&P, Wealth and Retirement.
