Job summary

Prudential Services Asia in Singapore is seeking a Director to drive the execution of group product proposition development and distribution enablement across Health & Protection, Wealth/HNW and Retirement.

You will translate propositions into market-ready assets, sales concepts, toolkits and go-to-market support, partnering with regional teams to ensure compelling, activatable offers and strong rollout execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years in life insurance product management or related roles.
• Experience translating propositions into market-ready assets, sales concepts and toolkits.
• Strong understanding of distribution, agency and bancassurance in Asian markets.

Responsibilities

• Translate proposition and distribution enablement strategies into market-ready assets and go-to-market playbooks.
• Collaborate with group product, LBU product, marketing, and agency channels to ensure clear positioning.
• Develop proposition frameworks, sales concepts and bundles across Health & Protection, Wealth, and Retirement.
• Coordinate cross-market inputs and consolidate best practices into reusable assets.
• Support end-to-end go-to-market execution including target segments and activation materials.
• Partner with agencies and partnerships to tailor channel-specific sales approaches.
• Track launch progress, identify bottlenecks, and drive stakeholder follow-through.
• Organize knowledge-sharing sessions to disseminate successful propositions and materials.
