Qualifications

• 10+ years in partnership distribution or bancassurance.

• Experience across multiple markets in banca/product.
• Solid business acumen with understanding of life insurance financials.
• Strong project management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Research and analyse bancassurance proposition strategy with internal groups.
• Lead development and innovation of banca/broker propositions to penetrate markets.
• Share best practices across markets.
• Support partnership performance with focus on incentives and execution.
• Facilitate proposition approvals with governance and groups.
• Collaborate on strategic projects like strategy, business development and new partner opportunities.
