Job summary

Citi is seeking a Senior Director, Solutions Design & Program Management to lead the design, planning, and delivery of complex technology solutions across a large enterprise portfolio. This role connects business strategy to operational execution and interfaces with senior stakeholders, reporting to C-suite leadership.

You will define a 3-5 year strategic vision, establish governance, manage funding and resources, and drive scalable, high-impact programs across multiple teams.

Qualifications

• 15+ years delivering complex technology initiatives in large enterprises.
• Ability to translate business priorities into structured delivery roadmaps.
• Experience with funding decisions, vendor management and governance.
• Strong executive-level communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design of technology solutions across a large portfolio.
• Define and communicate a 3-5 year strategic vision and roadmaps.
• Interface with senior stakeholders, providing reporting and investment updates.
