Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent experience.
• Master's degree preferred.
• 6–10 years of engineering experience.
• Experience in financial services or large global environment.
• Project management experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Knowledge of design metrics and analytics reporting.
• Analytical/diagnostic skills.
• Ability to work in a matrix environment and mentor others.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a technology subject matter expert and provide direction for controls, compliance initiatives and technology roadmaps.
• Ensure integration of functions meets business goals.
• Define system enhancements to deploy new products and processes.
• Recommend product customization for system integration.
• Identify problem causality, business impact and root causes.
• Apply knowledge of the business and related products/services to inform decisions.
• Advise or mentor junior team members.
• Influence decisions to improve the engineering function through guidance and facilitation.
• Assess risk and drive compliance, protecting Citigroup, clients and assets.
