Job summary

The Digital Software Engineering Technical Lead Analyst (Vice President) in Citi Singapore leads a professional team to deliver secure, scalable software. You will design, develop, and deploy components while guiding stakeholders and ensuring adherence to Citi leadership principles.

You will mentor engineers, build a strong talent network, and drive performance and architectural decisions across cloud platforms such as AWS and PCF.

Qualifications

• 6-10 years of relevant experience in Apps Development or senior level in Enterprise Architecture.
• Strong hands-on experience with Java and Angular for API design.
• Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, PCF, Akamai).
• Lead resources and function as SME across the company.
• Knowledge of NGA technology and security considerations.
• Experience automating code quality, performance, unit testing, and CI/CD build processing.
