• 15+ years of experience spanning solution design, program management and strategic planning in large-scale enterprise environments.
• Expertise in building and evaluating complex business and operational models using data to support investment decisions.
• Proven ability to lead multiple teams through other managers, with performance management and talent development.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with executive-level influence.
• Strong understanding of connecting solution design with governance, tracking, and delivery.
• Experience managing portfolio-level funding and vendor relationships with clear accountability.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design of technology solutions across a large enterprise portfolio, linking business objectives to platform direction.
• Define and communicate a 3–5 year strategic vision and translate priorities into roadmaps and program plans.
• Serve as primary interface with senior stakeholders and executives, providing reporting and investment updates.
• Establish governance for prioritization and triage across programs to manage competing demands.
• Oversee funding visibility and resource allocation across teams with clear accountability.
• Identify central capabilities and drive horizontal alignment to ensure scalable solutions.
• Manage delivery risk and ensure compliance with policies and governance.
