Job summary

The Aams in Singapore seeks a senior leader to oversee membership growth, revenue performance and workforce development initiatives, aligning with SWDA and CCP administration, and building partnerships with IHLs and industry stakeholders.

You will translate manpower needs into structured programmes and lead training strategy, curriculum development, governance, and stakeholder engagement to deliver measurable business and workforce outcomes.

Qualifications

• 6–10+ years of relevant experience with at least 6 years in a managerial or leadership role.
• Proven track record in membership revenue management and renewal performance.
• Experience with CCP administration and SWDA collaboration.
• Experience collaborating with IHLs and industry partners.

Responsibilities

• Drive membership revenue targets, acquisition and renewal performance.
• Own membership P&L and pipeline tracking; oversee invoicing and renewals.
• Oversee data accuracy, reporting and forecasting for memberships.
• Lead CCP administration, eligibility, claims and governance.
• Lead curriculum design, development and governance with IHLs.
