Job summary

AAMS is seeking a senior leader in Singapore to drive membership growth, revenue performance and workforce development initiatives. You will collaborate with SWDA to administer CCPs and build partnerships with IHLs and industry stakeholders, translating manpower needs into structured programmes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6–10+ years of relevant experience, with at least 6 years in a managerial or leadership role.
• Proven track record in membership revenue management and renewal performance.
• Experience working with SWDA and CCP administration.
• Proven curriculum development and training programme leadership.
• Experience collaborating with Institutes of Higher Learning (IHLs).
• Strong commercial acumen and financial oversight capability.
• Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Membership Strategy, Revenue & Operations, including acquisition, renewals and lifetime value.
• Manage invoicing, renewals, arrears and credit control with finance.
• Ensure accurate membership data, reporting and forecasting.
• Strengthen membership value propositions aligned to industry needs.
• Act as liaison with SWDA for CCP administration and reporting.
• Lead design and governance of industry curricula and co-develop programmes with IHLs.
• Identify emerging skills gaps and translate into certifications, workshops and learning paths.
• Oversee programme delivery (online and offline) with quality assurance and continuous improvement.
• Maintain compliance with accreditation and funding requirements where applicable.
• Build strategic partnerships across industry, government and academia.
• Represent the organisation in industry forums and advisory groups.
• Support sponsorships, grants and co-funded initiatives.
• Provide leadership and governance through budgets, SOPs and dashboards.
