Public Service Division in Singapore seeks a Manager/Senior Manager to foster a vibrant SWDA ecosystem, aiding SMEs in upskilling and aligning with our mission and values.

You will develop and implement strategic plans, engage intermediaries, and drive SWDA adoption through events, forums, and partnerships, while maintaining strong stakeholder relations and ensuring data-driven program development.

Formación

• 3 to 5 years of experience in partnership management, stakeholder engagement, or a similar role.
• Ability to develop and implement strategic plans aligned with organizational goals.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with diverse stakeholders.
• Experience in program or project management and problem solving.
• Analytical and strategic thinking to devise practical solutions.
• Project and resource management skills for concurrent work and tight deadlines.
• Team collaboration in a fast-paced environment; learning mindset.
• Deep understanding of SWDA and Career Health initiatives and Singapore job market.
• Commitment to continuous learning and professional development; innovative thinker.

Responsabilidades

• Strategy Development and Implementation: formulate actionable plans to grow SWDA ecosystem and engage enterprises and intermediaries.
• Solutioning: develop schemes to support upskilling and enhance intermediaries’ capability to drive adoption.
• Enterprise Engagement: account-manage intermediaries to boost SWDA awareness and participation in events and platforms.
• Operations: maintain feedback loops with stakeholders, ensuring timely reporting and data sharing for program improvements.
