The AAMS Limited is seeking a proactive, commercially minded executive to drive business development, strategic partnerships and marketing communications in Singapore. You will identify sponsorship opportunities, develop compelling proposals and manage partner relationships across flagship events and industry programmes.

You will engage with leading brands, agencies, media owners and senior industry leaders, delivering campaigns, collateral and post-event reports.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related discipline.
• 2-4 years in marketing, partnerships, sponsorships, business development or account management.
• Preference for candidates with experience in advertising, marketing, media, agencies or related industries.
• Strong written and verbal communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, social media and digital marketing tools.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Responsabilités

• Business Development & Partnerships: Identify and pursue sponsorship and strategic partnership opportunities.
• Account & Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with sponsors, brands and media partners.
• Marketing & Communications: Develop collateral, presentations and partnership communications; manage content across social platforms and website.
• Commercial Operations & Reporting: Track sponsorship revenue, performance and key metrics; support budgeting and invoicing.
