You will drive corporate, leisure and group sales, set targets, forecasts and KPIs, and lead a high‑performing team to achieve results. The role requires monitoring market trends, developing sales strategies, maintaining long‑term relationships, and ensuring accurate forecasting and CRM management.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of recent hotel industry experience in corporate or business development.
• 3+ years in leadership role.
• Proficient in MS Office and Outlook; CRM experience with Opera or Delphi is an advantage.
• Strong presentation, communication, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
• Set and manage sales targets, forecasts, KPIs, and performance metrics.
• Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer insights to drive sales strategies.
