Summit Talent Pte. Limited is recruiting for a senior role to lead the hotel's sales strategy in Singapore. The successful candidate will develop key accounts and corporate partnerships, oversee budgeting and forecasting, and guide a high-performing sales team to achieve revenue targets.

The ideal candidate has extensive hospitality sales leadership experience, a strong corporate network, and a proven track record in revenue growth and strategic account management.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Hospitality, Business or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in hospitality sales.
• Extensive hotel sales experience, including team leadership.
• Strong network of corporate clients and industry partners.
• Proven track record in revenue generation and strategic account management.

Responsabilités

• Lead the hotel's overall sales strategy to achieve revenue and business growth targets.
