Job summary

CDAC in Singapore seeks a senior leader to co-manage FSD, guiding family-assistance programmes with a focus on outcomes and service quality. Qualifications

• Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related discipline; qualification preferred.
• 8–10 years in social service delivery with leadership experience.
• Ability to drive cross-disciplinary collaboration and outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Co-lead FSD's casework and family assistance programmes to ensure quality and outcomes.
• Foster collaboration between social work and education colleagues for joined-up support.
• Translate strategic priorities into day-to-day departmental operations.
• Supervise and develop Senior Managers and programme leads.
• Contribute to workforce planning as CDAC scales in 2030.
• Build and maintain outcomes measurement with data and M&E teams.
• Represent FSD in inter-agency discussions and with government partners.
• Drive integration of FSD with Education and Mentoring under One CDAC.
• Lead staff through incidents, complaints, or crises; manage budget and governance.
