Job summary

SPD Ltd. in Singapore seeks a Head to plan, develop and review the services of the DAC and SW, driving post-18 adult services and co-leading initiatives to meet client and caregiver needs.

The role leads a multidisciplinary team of social workers, therapists, support and admin staff, oversees outreach, monitors programme delivery, and reports on KPIs and data analysis to inform planning and budgeting.

Qualifications

• Master or Bachelor degree in health science from a good university.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience managing and leading programmes for persons with disabilities.
• Excellent management, leadership and communication skills with demonstrated ability to lead a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Drive outreach activities to enrol persons with disabilities and caregivers; lead a multidisciplinary team.
• Monitor service delivery of programmes.
• Achieve key performance indicators; provide progress reports and assist in data analysis for planning and reporting.
