Job summary

United Overseas Bank Ltd in Singapore seeks a senior Digital Wealth Product Owner to lead end-to-end delivery for Group TMRW initiatives. You will act as SME across business, technology, design and platform teams to build new digital wealth capabilities while aligning with client experience goals.

The role requires 8+ years in banking, strong Agile proficiency, backlog management, and experience with JIRA/Confluence.

Qualifications

University degree with at least 8 years in consumer or private banking and proven team leadership.
PMP, Design thinking/LEAN and Agile certifications preferred.
Experience as business lead/Product Owner driving digital capabilities implementations.
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and backlog management; proficient with product tools.
Knowledge of digital service interactions and deployment use cases.
In-depth knowledge of Private Banking/Wealth management products and apps.
Experience in design thinking and human-centered design.
Experience with customer immersions and journey mapping.
Strong analytical, problem solving, communication and creative skills.

Responsibilities

End-to-end execution of Digital Wealth product capabilities for assigned initiatives within Group TMRW Build.
Serve as initiative SME, aligning with BPOs, tech, design and platform owners.
Prioritize and manage backlog in line with strategic goals and client experience.
Drive delivery quality and ensure readiness of artifacts for roadmap decisions.
articulate high-quality user stories and maintain governance in processes.
Lead end-to-end projects/change management for Digital Wealth TMRW programs.
Demonstrate thought leadership and innovate Digital Wealth client experiences.
Partner with research/design and cross-functional teams to create new journeys.
Collaborate with Analytics/Customer Experience to evaluate journey performance.
